Meanwhile, when I know about them in time, here are the details of the regular rides:

Tuesday Ride 1st July - Horsforth  The Woodside. 7.30pm start

Thursday Ride - 3rd July 2008. The Sun Inn, Norwood (near Swinsty & Fewston Reservoirs) - 7.30pm start

We recommend you carry some or all of the following with you whenever you ride with us:

• Lights - decent off-road rechargeable front ones (prices start at about £30 a set and go up to a silly £800+) and at least one rear light. Obviously not necessary if you're not going to be out after dark...
• Drink - either in a water bottle or in a hydration pack
• Spare inner tubes
• Puncture Repair Kit
• Pump
• Spare chain links
• Chain Tool
• MultiTool
• Food - eg Go Bar, Malt Loaf, jam sandwich
• Rear Light
• Suitable clothing - weather conditions can change rapidly on the trail
• Spoke Key
• Gaffer (or Duct) Tape - wrap it round your pump
• Cable Ties
• Money for drinks afterwards!
